3. Data Deletion Process

Click the "Delete Account" or "Manage Data" option and follow on-screen instructions. You will be required to confirm your request.
Step 4: Permanent Deletion
Upon confirmation, your account and associated data will be queued for deletion. This process is permanent and irreversible.
4. Deletion Timeline and Process Assurance
Upon receipt of a verified deletion request:

SOL will begin processing the request without undue delay

Data will be removed from active databases within 30 days, subject to technical feasibility

Residual data in backups or logs will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy, and securely retained only for legal or compliance purposes
5. Confirmation of Deletion
You will receive written confirmation of deletion via email or in-app messaging once your request has been fulfilled. If no confirmation is received within the expected period, please contact solstaff@soundoflife.media.
6. Linked Accounts and Third-Party Services
If your SOL account is connected to external platforms (e.g., Apple, Google, Meta), those services may retain separate data under their own policies. Users are advised to submit deletion requests directly to those third parties, as SOL cannot act on their behalf.
