Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of the platforms operated by SOL Sound of Life Media LLC ("SOL"), including but not limited to: SOL Music & Media App, SOL Shopping Network, SOL TV, SOL Culture Shop, SOLC Cryptocurrency platform, and affiliated sub-brands such as Llewellyn the Fit Foodie (collectively, the "SOL Platforms").

1. Acceptance and Scope of Terms
By accessing or using any part of the SOL Platforms, including passive interaction (e.g., IP access, cookies), you (the "User") agree to be legally bound by these Terms. These Terms incorporate and govern all SOL-affiliated brands and services. Updates to these Terms may occur at any time without prior notice, in accordance with applicable law. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

 

2. Eligibility and Age Restrictions
The SOL Platforms are intended for Users aged 16 and older. Where parental consent is required by law (e.g., under COPPA or GDPR Article 8), SOL requires verified consent prior to account creation or data processing. Use by minors is subject to immediate suspension if found noncompliant.

 

3. Description of Services
SOL provides:

  • Multimedia streaming

  • Ecommerce and merchandise sales

  • User-generated content features

  • Digital wallet and token functions (via SOLC Cryptocurrency)

  • Promotional events and contests

SOL reserves the right to add, alter, or discontinue services without liability. Users have no guaranteed access to features or functionality.

 

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to:

  • Violate intellectual property rights

  • Upload unlawful, harmful, or offensive content

  • Attempt unauthorized access or exploit platform vulnerabilities

  • Use AI or automated tools to extract or manipulate platform data

  • Upload or disseminate malware, or engage in phishing/spamming

  • Reverse-engineer or replicate SOLC token architecture

Violations may result in immediate termination without notice.

 

5. Intellectual Property Rights
All trademarks, content, audiovisual media, code, and data on SOL Platforms are owned or licensed by SOL and protected by international copyright and trademark laws, including 17 U.S.C. §§ 106 & 501 and applicable EU, UK, and WIPO conventions.

 

6. Data Collection, Use & Privacy
SOL collects and processes data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and other applicable laws. Data types include:

  • IP address, geolocation, browser metadata

  • Purchase and behavioral data

  • Account and transaction details

Users grant SOL a perpetual, royalty-free, global license to anonymize and aggregate data for platform improvement, advertising, and analytics. Contact: solstaff@soundoflife.media for privacy-related inquiries or data access requests.

 

7. Law Enforcement and Legal Compliance
SOL cooperates with law enforcement, regulators, and lawful requests for user data. All subpoenas, court orders, and legal inquiries should be directed to: solstaff@soundoflife.media.

8. Security Measures
SOL implements commercially reasonable safeguards to protect data and digital assets. However, SOL is not liable for breaches resulting from third-party infrastructure or zero-day exploits. Users are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and crypto keys.

 

9. SOLC Cryptocurrency Disclaimer
SOLC is a utility token, not a security. Participation in SOLC-related programs may involve financial risk. SOL does not guarantee price, liquidity, or market functionality. Users are solely responsible for tax and legal compliance in their jurisdiction.

 

10. Promotions, Contests & Sweepstakes
SOL may run promotions or contests subject to local laws (e.g., FTC, GDPR, UK Gambling Commission rules). For terms, eligibility, or disputes, contact: solstaff@soundoflife.media.

No purchase necessary where prohibited. SOL reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

 

11. Third-Party Services
Users may interact with third-party providers (payment processors, ad networks, etc.). SOL is not liable for third-party content or data practices. Use is at User's risk.

 

12. Accessibility Compliance
SOL Platforms aim to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and U.S. ADA Title III. Accessibility requests can be sent to: solstaff@soundoflife.media.

 

13. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless SOL and its affiliates from any third-party claims arising from misuse of the platform or breach of these Terms.

14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, SOL disclaims all liability for damages of any kind, including data loss, business interruption, or crypto/token devaluation. No warranty is expressed or implied.

 

15. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration under AAA Rules in Los Angeles County, CA. No class actions permitted. The Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. §§ 1-16) governs.

 

16. Termination and Enforcement
SOL may suspend or terminate any account or access for breach, fraud, or any misuse, without refund or notice. Rights survive termination.

 

17. No-Return Policy for Purchases
All purchases on SOL Shopping Network are final. Exceptions may be made (at SOL's discretion) if returned in original, unused condition within a legally permissible window.

18. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., and international treaties where applicable, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
