This Privacy Policy explains how SOL Sound of Life Media LLC (“SOL,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our websites, use SOL TV / SOL Music / SOL Culture Shop, connect a self-custody wallet, or participate in SOL Coin (SOLC) programs (including giveaways and rewards). It applies to our online and offline activities where we provide this notice.
Contact (all privacy matters): solstaff@soundoflife.media

1) Scope & Key Points
-
We collect account/contact details you provide, analytics and device data, and public on-chain data tied to your wallet.
-
We use this data to operate and improve SOL services, deliver token utilities/rewards, prevent fraud/abuse, meet legal obligations, and (where allowed) market SOL.
-
You have rights over your data (access, delete, correct, opt-out of targeted ads/sale/sharing where applicable).
-
Blockchain data is inherently public and immutable; deletion requests do not remove on-chain records.
-
You can reach us any time at solstaff@soundoflife.media.
2) Definitions (plain English)
-
Services: SOL websites, apps, smart-contract interfaces, and programs.
-
Personal Data: Information that identifies or is reasonably linkable to you.
-
Wallet/On-chain Data: Public blockchain addresses, transactions, balances, and contract event logs.
-
Targeted Advertising / “Sale” / “Sharing”: Terms from U.S. state privacy laws for certain disclosures of identifiers or online activity to ad/analytics partners.
3) What We Collect
A. You Provide
-
Contact details (name, email, shipping address), user content (text, images, audio/video), support messages, survey responses, talent/participation releases, and AMOE mail-in entries.
B. Automatic Collection (Web/App)
-
Device and usage data (IP address, device/OS/browser type, language, pages viewed, links clicked, timestamps, referrer/UTM, session and event metrics, crash/diagnostic logs).
-
Cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar tech for preferences, analytics, and (where permitted) advertising/attribution.
C. Wallet & On-Chain Events
-
Public wallet addresses, transaction hashes, token/NFT balances, contract events.
-
Used for token-gated access, allowlists, reward eligibility/fulfillment, and fraud/abuse prevention.
-
Automations may involve event ingestion (e.g., Alchemy) → orchestration (e.g., n8n) → reward mint via relayer (e.g., thirdweb) for gasless NFTs.
D. From Other Sources
-
Publicly available sources (public profiles, on-chain explorers).
-
Partners/service providers (anti-fraud, shipping, support, analytics).
-
If legally required for high-value prizes/compliance: verified identity results from a KYC provider (stored by the provider; we receive only what’s needed to verify eligibility).
We do not knowingly collect biometric identifiers or precise geolocation unless you explicitly permit a feature that needs it (and then only for that purpose).
4) Why We Use Data (Purposes) & Legal Bases (EEA/UK)
-
Provide & improve Services (operate apps, token gating, creator tools, streaming/commerce features, rewards). (Basis: contract, legitimate interests)
-
Communications (transactional messages, updates, customer support). (Basis: contract, legitimate interests)
-
Marketing (email, in-product, or ads where allowed, with opt-out). (Basis: consent where required; otherwise legitimate interests)
-
Analytics & product research (measure performance, debug, develop features). (Basis: legitimate interests)
-
Fraud/abuse/security (detect/prevent exploits, sybil/bot activity, risk scoring). (Basis: legitimate interests, legal obligation)
-
Legal & compliance (tax/records, sanctions screening where required, responding to lawful requests). (Basis: legal obligation)
-
Contests/giveaways (eligibility, winner contact/fulfillment, tax forms). (Basis: contract, consent where required)
5) Cookies, SDKs, and Similar Technologies
We use:
-
Strictly necessary tools (core site/app functions, security).
-
Analytics/performance tools (e.g., Google Analytics/Firebase, Flurry/Countly, AppsFlyer) to understand usage and improve experiences.
-
Advertising/attribution pixels/SDKs (e.g., Meta/Facebook) where permitted by law.
Your controls: cookie banner (where available), browser/device settings, platform settings (e.g., iOS/Android ad preferences), and vendor tools (e.g., Google opt-out add-on, Facebook ad settings). You can also use Global Privacy Control (GPC); see §13.
6) How We Share Information
-
Service providers / processors (hosting, analytics, customer support, shipping/fulfillment, email/SMS, anti-fraud, payment/commerce, KYC for certain prizes). Contractually limited to our instructions.
-
Ecosystem integrations (e.g., wallets, DEX UIs, NFT platforms) when you choose to interact; they have their own policies.
-
Legal/compliance (to law enforcement, regulators, courts, or to enforce our rights).
-
Business transfers (merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets).
-
Advertising/analytics: We do not sell personal data in the traditional sense. Some states treat certain ad/analytics disclosures as a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising.” See §12 for your opt-out rights.
We do not allow third parties to use your personal data for their own independent marketing without your consent.
7) De-Identified & Aggregated Data
We may de-identify or aggregate data for analytics, research, and reporting. We commit to not re-identify de-identified data, and to maintain it in that form.
8) Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes in this Policy, to comply with law, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Typical examples:
-
Account/support records: up to 3 years after last activity (unless law requires longer).
-
Giveaway/fulfillment & tax records: 3–7 years (jurisdiction-dependent).
-
Marketing preferences: until you opt out or your account is inactive for a set period.
-
On-chain data: permanently public and not under our control.
9) Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards proportionate to the data’s sensitivity (e.g., access controls, encryption in transit, auditing). No system is 100% secure. On-chain actions are public and irreversible; regularly review/revoke wallet approvals (e.g., via a token approval checker) and practice good key hygiene.
10) International Transfers
We and our vendors may process data in the United States and other countries (including the EEA/UK). Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses / UK IDTA) or rely on other lawful transfer mechanisms.
11) Automated Decision-Making & Profiling
We may use limited automated logic to:
-
Determine eligibility for token-gated features, allowlists, or rewards (e.g., checking balances/transactions).
-
Detect risky or abusive activity (anti-fraud).
Where required by law, you can request information about such processing and, where applicable, object or ask for human review.
12) Your Choices & Rights
A. Email/Comms
-
Unsubscribe links in marketing emails; transactional/service messages will still be sent where necessary.
B. Targeted Ads / “Sale” / “Sharing” (U.S. State Laws)
-
You can opt out of targeted ads / “sale” / “sharing” of personal data by emailing solstaff@soundoflife.mediawith subject “State Privacy Opt-Out,” or by using our cookie banner/preferences (where available). We also honor GPC signals where required (§13).
C. Access, Deletion, Correction, Portability
-
Email solstaff@soundoflife.media with your request and residency. We’ll verify your identity and respond within the timeframes required by law.
-
Limitations: We cannot remove or alter public, on-chain records.
D. Authorized Agents (California)
-
You may use an authorized agent, subject to verification of both you and the agent’s authority.
E. Non-Discrimination
-
We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. Some programs may require data to function; if you delete or restrict certain data, features may be unavailable.
13) Do-Not-Track & Global Privacy Control
Some browsers send Do-Not-Track or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. Where legally required, we treat recognized GPC signals as a valid opt-out of targeted advertising/“sale”/“sharing.”
14) Financial Incentives & Rewards (CPRA)
SOL may offer perks (e.g., discounts, rewards, sweepstakes/giveaways) in exchange for providing contact info or engagement data. Participation is optional and you can withdraw at any time by emailing solstaff@soundoflife.media. The value of your data is reasonably related to the operational costs of the program (e.g., merchandise cost, admin/fulfillment, average engagement value). See the Official Giveaway Rules for program-specific terms.
15) Children
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in the EEA/UK). Do not submit personal data for children. If we learn we collected such data, we will delete it as required.
16) State-Specific Disclosures (U.S.)

We may “share” or use for “targeted advertising” certain identifiers and device/usage data with ad/analytics partners; you can opt out per §12. We do not knowingly sell personal data of consumers under 16.
