Copyright and Content Removal Policy

At SOL Sound of Life Media LLC ("SOL Media"), we are committed to respecting intellectual property rights and maintaining lawful and responsible digital platforms. This Copyright and Content Removal Policy outlines the procedures for submitting claims related to copyright infringement and prohibited content, as well as how to file a counternotice.
1. Where to Send Copyright or Content Removal Claims
All notices and inquiries regarding infringing or prohibited content must be directed to our designated Copyright Agent:

Receipt of claims via email or mail does not waive SOL’s rights or defenses, including jurisdictional and procedural requirements applicable to international disputes.
2. Actions Taken Upon Receipt of Valid Claims
Upon receipt of a legally sufficient and complete notice, SOL Media will:

Remove or disable access to allegedly infringing or prohibited content within SOL-controlled systems

Notify the content uploader or provider of the claim and offer them an opportunity to respond via counternotice

Maintain internal documentation for legal and audit compliance purposes
3. Submitting a Copyright Infringement Claim
If you believe that your copyrighted material has been used on SOL Platforms without authorization, you must submit a complete and valid notice including the following information:

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent

A description of the copyrighted work being infringed

The registration number or publication date (if applicable)

A specific URL, program name, or content location identifying the alleged infringement

Your full contact information (name, mailing address, phone number, and email address)

A statement in good faith that the use is unauthorized

A declaration under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
Optional: Use our downloadable Notice of Alleged Copyright Infringement Form. All required fields must be completed for the notice to be processed.
4. Submitting a Claim for Other Rights Violations or Prohibited Content
For content that may infringe other proprietary rights (e.g., trademark, likeness) or that is otherwise prohibited (e.g., hate speech, illegal materials), submit the following:

A detailed description of the content and why it is unlawful or violates rights

The date, time, and exact location (URL, platform section, or filename) of the content

Your contact information (name, mailing address, phone, and email)
Optional: Use the Notice of Infringing or Prohibited Content Form provided by SOL Media. Submission of complete information is required for further action.
5. Submitting a Counter Notice (for Content Providers)
If you are a content provider and believe a takedown was filed against you in error, you may submit a counternotice including:

Your physical or electronic signature

Identification of the content that was removed or disabled

A good faith statement under penalty of perjury that the content was wrongly removed or misidentified

Your full contact information (name, address, phone, email)

A statement consenting to jurisdiction in the federal court for your district (or in California if you reside outside the U.S.), and agreement to accept service of process from the complainant
Optional: Use our downloadable Counter Notice Form. SOL Media must receive a complete and accurate submission to process your response.
Upon receiving a valid counternotice, SOL Media will notify the original complainant. Content may be restored within 10 business days unless the complainant files a court action seeking to restrain the use of the material.
